SHEDNOTES 65: On why nobody is winning the election campaign

The Shed is behind schedule with its advice for politicians, so offers the following to be going on with …
The Tories are shackled by their obligations to old Conservatives.
New Labour would do better if they sounded a bit more old Stalinist.
The Lib Dems would do better if they would only take a Liberal position on something – smoking, speed cameras, drugs, schooling …
UKIP would be scuppered without Nigel Farage and he is now being spread awful thin.

PS: The Shed sort of wishes it was in South Thanet, where Al Murray’s character, the Pub Landlord, is running against Nigel Farage and going one better with the Free United Kingdom Party (FUKP). FUKP policy is not only to leave Europe by 2025 but the solar system by 2050.
